Full Case Pack Policy To ensure the most competitive pricing and logistical efficiency, all products are sold in full case packs only. We do not break cases under any circumstances.
Flexibility for Testing We understand the need for quality assurance. We have made a significant effort to offer the smallest possible carton sizes—in some instances as small as one unit or one dozen—to allow you the flexibility to “test” a product before committing to a larger volume.
Fast & Reliable Fulfillment
Processing Time: In-stock items normally ship within 7 business days of order receipt.
Transit Times: Delivery typically averages 2–3 business days (up to 5 business days for California).
Shipping Methods: We utilize UPS, FedEx, or LTL Trucking depending on order size.
Backorders: Any out-of-stock items will be backordered and shipped immediately upon arrival at our warehouse.
Transparent Shipping Rates We believe in fair pricing. Where possible, actual shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you finalize your order.
No Handling Fees: Unlike other wholesalers, we do not add “handling” or “hidden” surcharges.
Promotions: Please note that Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Bedspreads, Comforters, or Pillows.
Domestic & International: Standard rates apply to the Lower 48 States. Orders outside this region or international shipments will incur additional charges, including tariffs or duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
No Returns – All Sales Final As a wholesale entity, we do not offer a retail return policy. To maintain our price structure, all sales are final. No allowances, adjustments, or returns will be accepted.
Product Condition: Seconds and Irregulars Items identified as “Irregular,” “Factory Seconds,” or “IR” are sold as-is. These items are graded by the manufacturer and contain manufacturing defects. If you are uncertain about the quality of a specific item, please contact us for clarification prior to purchase.
Order Cancellations
By Phone Only: Cancellations cannot be processed via email. You must call 201-666-1510 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) to request a cancellation.
Discretionary: Cancellations are at our sole discretion. If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for freight charges both ways.
