Wholesale Sales Only
This website is a wholesale platform intended for hotels, motels, inns, healthcare facilities, commercial buyers, property managers, and institutional purchasers. Products are sold in full case packs only. No broken cases are sold.
Product Descriptions and Availability
We make every effort to display accurate product information. Product specifications, packaging, manufacturer availability, and lead times may change without notice. Items are subject to availability and may be backordered. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the order.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping applies to all products shipped within the lower 48 United States. No coupon code is required.
In-stock items typically ship within seven business days from order receipt. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight at our discretion. Delivery times vary by location.
Orders shipped outside the lower 48 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, may require additional freight charges. International orders do not include duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and All Sales Final Policy
This is a wholesale website. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, credits, or allowances for any items unless Cathgro Industries Inc. determines that an error was made with the shipment.
Items marked as irregular, seconds, IR, or factory seconds are sold as is with no exceptions. These items contain manufacturer-graded imperfections. If you are unsure about product quality, contact us before purchasing.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled automatically. Cancellation requests must be made by phone during normal business hours and are subject to our sole discretion. Email cancellations are not accepted.
If an order has already shipped or is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight charges.
Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from our warehouse or directly from a manufacturer warehouse at our discretion.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in US dollars. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Brand Identification
Brand names are used for product identification. Cathgro Industries Inc. / Towel Wholesaler is an independent wholesale distributor/reseller unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Cathgro Industries Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
