Wholesale All Sales Final Policy

Cathgro Industries Inc. / Towel Wholesaler is a wholesale supplier. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, credits, or allowances for any items unless Cathgro Industries Inc. determines that an error was made with the shipment.

Irregulars, Seconds, and Factory Seconds

Items marked as irregular, seconds, IR, or factory seconds are sold as is with no exceptions. These items contain manufacturer-graded imperfections. If you are unsure about product quality, contact us before purchasing.

Order Issues

If you believe an order was shipped incorrectly, contact us promptly at orders@cathgro.net or 201-666-1510. Please include your order number, product details, and photos if applicable.

Refused Shipments

If an order has already shipped or is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight charges.
