Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
