Wholesale Sales Only

This website is a wholesale platform intended for hotels, motels, inns, healthcare facilities, and commercial buyers. All products are sold in full case packs only. No broken cases are sold.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, product specifications, packaging, and availability may change without notice. All items are subject to availability and may be backordered.

Shipping Policy

In stock items typically ship within seven business days from order receipt. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight at our discretion. Delivery times vary by location.

Shipping charges are calculated for the continental United States only. Orders shipped outside the lower 48 states will incur additional charges.

International orders do not include duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to bedspreads, comforters, or pillows.

Returns and All Sales Final Policy

This is a wholesale website. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, credits, or allowances for any items.

Items marked as irregular, seconds, IR, or factory seconds are sold as is with no exceptions. These items contain manufacturer graded imperfections. If you are unsure about product quality, contact us before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be made by phone only during normal business hours and are subject to our sole discretion. Email cancellations are not accepted.

If an order has already shipped or is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight charges.

Shipping Origin

Orders may ship from our warehouse or directly from a manufacturer warehouse at our discretion.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Limitation of Liability

Cathgro Industries Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
